Description:

1967 Chevrolet Corvette

In 1967 Chevrolet produced 22,940 Corvettes with 14,436 of those being convertibles, of those 14,436 convertibles only 336 were produced combining the high horsepower small block 327 cu. in. with 350 horsepower and air-conditioning, this is one of those cars. This is an investment grade concourse restored car.
This car was the subject to a concourse six figure frame off restoration at Supercar Specialities in Portland Michigan in 2015 (all documentation and pictures will be provided to the buyer). This no hit body was painted its correct code 976AA Bright Blue (Marina) and has its correct 415BR Bright Blue leather interior as documented by the original trim tag. The L79 engine and M-21 transmission are numbers matching as documented in a pre-purchase report prepared by an NCRS judge. The rear end is the same one installed during production by Chevrolet in 1967. The vast majority of parts on the car are its original components that were restored during the restoration process. The engine, transmission and rear were all disassembled, rebuilt and reinstalled in the car. The car also came with power windows, power steering and an AM-FM radio. An NOS radio was modified to accept and play IPODs but the music quality is not that good as was the norm with these cars because of magnetic interference. Some original parts that were replaced during the restoration are available and will be delivered to the new owner along with the restoration pictures, restoration receipts and some ownership history. The car has the Big Block Stinger hood on it because I prefer that look, but the original stock hood is included in the sale. The car currently has 370 miles on it and is very dependable. You won't find a nicer one anywhere. Inspections are expected and encouraged.
The car is for sale in other forums and I reserve the right to end this auction anytime.I am happy to respond to any questions.
