Up for auction is this 1955 Chevy 3100 with a 454 V8 400 automatic and updated suspension and chassis.

The interior is painted tan and rootbeer brown and features Classic Instrument gauges, a 32-inch Lokar shifter, leather bucket seats, and American Autowire from front to back.

Under the hood features a big block Chevy motor that has new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, new fuel pump, water pump, alternator, starter, belts, battery, rebuilt carburetor topped with a Rocket air cleaner. The engine was disassembled and a rebuilt kit installed with new cam shaft and lifters, timing chain and gears.

The frame was updated and is detailed out in jet black. There arenew shocks, front and back, new gas lines, new brake lines, calipers, rotors, brake pads, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, new steel rims painted matching rootbeer brown with whitewall Coker tires and hubcaps. New exhaust with Flowmasters and chrome tips.

The box floor bed is a custom 3/8 steel with cool artwork. Custom fuel tank made out of Ziegler/Beaver Dam beer barrel which holds 20+gallons.

The exterior features some old patina, some new patina, some old-school lace, and some old original green paint topped with flat mat clear coat.

This truck has only been on the road for a couple of monthsand has been to three car shows and has won two awards (one show was for enjoyment only and did not give out awards).

This truck has a lot of unique details such asthe pinstriping, the lace, the custom gas tank and bed floor, shifter and steering wheel, and the matching painted engine topped with a Rocket air cleaner all the way down to the original Cameo truck trim, which makes it stand out in a crowd.
