| | Up for auction is this very nice 1964 Corvair Turbo Charged Spyder Convertable, 4 Speed Thousands of dollars have been spent on this car as the pictures demonstrate. The manual top is fairly new, car looks to be rust free, paint in good condition. Motor runs well, still could use some fine tuning, recent rebuilt carburetor, generator changed out to an alternator, new muffler and engine components. Brakes changed to double master cylinder. Gas tank and sender all new along with some of the suspension system. Tires in good shape. Windshield new. Weatherstripping all in good shape. The interior is in excellent condition new dash pad, all panels replaced, new carpet, all gauges work, lenses have been polished, metal dash and glove box door refinished, radio is by Custom Autosound, HVAC control pod refinished. All lights, directional and wipers work. The only known issue with the car is that it leaks trans/axle oil. Probability requiring a seal of some sort to be replaced. Because of the alternator change over the generator light will come on when idling.
The car is being sold "AS IS" with no warranty.
