1971 Chevrolet C10 CST Short Box - not Cheyenne
What I have for sale is a beautiful Survivor Short Box pickup with some nice upgrades.
Original Paint and trim and bumpers. I have had the paint recently polished to bring back some of the original shine. All original panels – no patches or repairs. There are many small paint chips, scratches as you would expect on a truck of this age. There are holes drilled in the top of the box where a truck cap was once mounted... probably the reason the inside of the box is so mint. The driver’s side cab corner has a couple very small bumps like there might be a little rust wanting to start but nothing is showing and the paint is still intact. Inner and outer rockers and all cab supports are original not repaired or replaced.
383 Chevy engine, Muncie 4 speed. Power steering, Full gauges including Tachometer. AM radio (works). Suspension upgrades give this truck a fantastic stance and a nice ride. Stops great with 4 wheel disc brakes. Sliding rear window, factory sport mirrors. Deluxe two tone orange and white paint scheme. New Boss 20” wheels and BF Goodrich Comp 2 tires.
Rebuilt 383 stroker engine
Edelbrock intake manifold and carb
Long tube headers and dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers
4 Wheel disc brakes with drilled rotors
Freshly rebuild (have receipts) Muncie M21 4 speed with Hurst shifter (Fun!)
Emergency brake cables and hardware
New carpet, dash pad, and upholstered seat with black and orange houndstooth
Windshied wiper switch and fluid pump
Rear air bags
Front lowering spindles, lowering springs, tubular control arms
Radiator and hoses
Everything works... every button, switch etc. Does not need tune up or alignment or anything else to pass safety inspections or take on a long drive. The engine is strong running, good oil pressure, no funny sounds. Turn the key and go. You will not need to fix rattles or squeaks or fiddle with things to get it started. This is a very nice honest truck. The truck is from California and then spent the past few years in Idaho until I bought it. Video of the truck can be made available. I can assist in shipping.
