1977 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4X4 Stepside Shortbox Mud Truck

With only 5700 miles showing on the odometer we assume this truck has 5700 miles since being built. An incredibly awesome build ready to go have some fun! Link to full gallery at bottom as well. | | A K30 cab on a half ton frame, with 8 lug running gear. Dana 60 in the back Dana 40 in the front and TH400 automatic transmission. It's been lifted significantly with what appears to be 12 inch "super lift" and a 4" body lift. It runs on extremely aggressive 18x39.5x16 TSL Super Swampers with shiny 8 lug wheels and caps from weld racing. Has aluminum high performance radiator. Disc brakes have been fitted front and rear.
| | | We have reason to believe there is machine work internal to the motor, we don't know the bore size or total displacement... but this truck was built with no expense spared and runs very strong, we suspect cam, at a minimum. | | | | The front lights & grill etc come from a late 80's Chevrolet with dual headlights. The bed bed floor has been replaced with newer wood and urethane applied, the body is perfectly straight with zero rust showing anywhere. | | | | | | | The frame has been blasted and coated, the interior of the cab has all fresh paint to match the body and cab, we believe all the paint work was done at the same time, likely before being put on frame. | | | A moon roof has been added to the cab (BUT DOES NOT LEAK AT ALL). Has full welded roll cage with pads. Billet dash and door inserts and gauge pod.
| | | | In January we did an oil change, replaced serpentine and accessory belts, serviced the transmission with new fluid & filter, replaced oil pan gasket, power steering pump, serviced the transfer case with new seals and fluid. | |
