Thinning the collection, o make room for some newer acquisitions.

This is a beautiful El Camino. It's the 2 tone Conquista model, hich comes with the 2 tone paint job.

I've had this truck for a little over a year, nd below is a list of what I've done to it. Keep in mind, verything on this list is less than 1 year old, nd most of it is from within the last couple of months. Big bucks!

Complete repaint. This was a $6500 complete 2 stage, ase coat/clear coat job. Including door and hood jambs, nd complete inside of bed. It is a beautiful silver and light blue metallic. The bod is very straight, here was almost ZERO bodywork required. I think the estimate showed 4hrs. total bodywork, he rest was prep. and paint. It is a very nice, igh dollar paint job. No rust, nd no rust repairs required. California truck forever.

All trim, umpers, oors, nd windows were removed, he truck was painted, verything was cleaned, olished, nd reinstalled. The truck was painted, nd then the entire vehicle was wet sanded, nd buffed out, hen final polished. New fan belt, nd hoses put on. Complete underside was undercoated, ainly for noise reduction. No rust. New horn relay and other minor misc. to be sure everything is in proper working order, nd that it's dependable, nd reliable.

This El Camino has a beautiful dark blue cloth interior. No sticky vinyl here. Blue cloth bucket seats, ith rare center console and floor shift. When is the last time you saw an '81 El Camino with buckets, uch less a center console, ith a floor shifter?

Carpets and seats are in very good condition, s well as the door panels, nd center console. New factory coin holder in front of the console, ew visors, ew carpeted (curtain) piece that hangs vertically behind seats, nd covers the spare tire, nd spare tire well. new headliner, ew dash mat. Dash underneath is in decent condition, ash mat installed to reduce the hot sun damage here in California.

V8 gas engine, dometer only shows 58K miles, 'm quite sure it's original, nd hasn't turned over. This truck runs very well, nd passed the strict CA emissions test without any problems whatsoever. In fact, f the buyer is in California, will smog it again before it's picked up.

A Carfax report might be able to verify the mileage, don't know. This truck is way to clean to have turned over, n my opinion.

Good looking Alloy wheels, matching tires, old A/C, ruise control, ilt steering wheel. power steering, ower front disc brakes, one stock, nd it shows. Never been abused, ever been cut up, never been modified. The engine compartment, nd most everything else looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. Clean California title, no salvage stuff. Registration expired on 6.30.14, nd it is not on a non op. So, f you're a California buyer, ou might want to check with the DMV in regard to fees. I don't think it'd be much, t's an older vehicle, nd it's only a year out.
