Description:

1965 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport

I bought this car from the second owner in December of 2009. He bought it and painted it in 1967. The car was originally white with black interior. I had the engine professionally rebuilt and upgraded it from 300 to 375hp with a computer ground camshaft. The cylinder heads were reworked with stainless steel valves and seats for unleaded fuel. I also replaced the original Power-glide with a rebuilt 350 Turbohydromatic transmission with a shift kit and heavy duty torque converter. The Power-glide transmission with matching numbers is included. The vehicle has less that 1000 miles on the rebuild. I had the original wheels sandblasted and powder coated black. It now has new radial white wall tires, factory wheel covers and new brakes. This car is a survivor, it was parked in a garage in 1975 and sat until I purchased it. The interior is original with new carpeting. The car now runs and drives beautifully. I was planning on painting it factory white, but have decided to sell it as is, so that the new owner can paint it however they choose. Pick up or shipping is the purchasers responsibility. Payment of $1000 US within 24 hours of auction close, balance is due within seven days.
