We love when the perspective buyer flies into South Florida and inspects and drives any of our cars. We can issue youat no charge a 30 day temp Florida plate so you can drive your car back home. If you can't come in person, then hire anindependent inspection company. We are located a short 15-20 min. drive from the Ft. Lauderdale Airport just Southof us and a 30 min. drive from the Palm Beach Airport about 30 miles North of us.
We're extremely proud of our 16 years of 100% feedback.
On March 15th of 2000 we sold our 1st vintage car on Ebay, a 1967 Olds W/30,4/Speed Convertible, Yellow, white bucket seats for $21,000.
Probably worth $75,000 today if it's been well cared for.
Wespend countless hours writing the descriptions of every car we offer exclusively onebaymotors.comand spend manyhours taking 100's of photographs and then selecting the best 75-100 pictures on every car.
We spend countless hours making sure every car we offer is the best it can be. If we find a light bulb out, we replace it,if the clock is not working, we will alert you to that...we do our best to never "Surprise" anyone.
If a car needs a new battery....we install one....We drive all of our cars for 50-200 milesand if we find something not working...we fix it....if we don't fix it---we tell you in theauction copy what is not working.
One of my pet complaints is spending good $ for a car that arrives with barely enough gas toget it off the truck...that will never be the case with any car sold by us.
Every car we sell is professionally detailed by Marcus. Marcus has won several national awardson cars he has detailed many, many cars we have proudly sold on Ebaymotors.com
After detailed, each car is shipped in a clear "Car Condom" a special plastic covering withan elastic band that holds the cover down at your cars closest point to the ground and preventingany dust or dirt from getting on your car while being transported.
We recommend you use the services of Mary Olson who owns Crossroads Transportand that you only6 use an enclosed carrier. Mary has shipped almost 1500 great cars for us overthe last several years...she is the best and will save you money in the process.
This ElCamino is in our new air conditioned facility in Pompano Beach,FL.
The weather hereis fantastic...especially the evenings....This car could have 100 or 200 more mileson it by the timesomeone reaches the reserve price or calls us up and makes a deal on the phone...and YESwe love trades...especially Vintage cars in #1 or #2 Condition. Call us at(954) 873-6495and tellus what you have to trade....we will try our best to put this fabulous Chevelle ElCamino in your Garagefor some wonderful "Garage Memories"
Remember the "Good Old Days?"
They looked something like this.....
We have a large collection of cars in the Garage Memories Auto Museum.....They are all Number 1 or number 2+condition cars....I mention this because we are not really interested in taking in trade#3 Condition cars which most referto as "Driver's" It's just too expensive to make theminto the only type ofcar we collect or sell.....#1 and #2+ condition cars.
FLY.....BUY......DRIVE
Fly into Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport
We will be happy to pick you and guest up at the Airport
The Closest Airport is Ft. Lauderdale- a 15 minute drive to the North
We can issue you a 30 day drive-away tag and we charge no dealer or documentary fees!
Who is "Lifestyle 21st Century Auctions?"
We are constantly asked by all the top Auction Companies to please bring our extraordinary vintagecars to their auctions. We have been offered PRIME TIMES, NO ENTRY FEES and all types of perks.
Instead, we proudly choose to sell all of our cars to the worldwide audience of car collectors and car loverswho love the opportunityto buy our cars without paying the 10% Buyer fees and high shipping costs as aresult of a "SpecialArrangement" with a few 'on auction site shippers.'
And remember, when you buy a car at an auction, you have no clue as to how that vehicle is going to drive. We drive every car 100-200 miles to make sure they drive and run as close to perfect as possible...any of our cars can be picked up in South Florida and driven Coast to Coastwith complete reliability, safety and in comfort.
We also love the fact that we can get to know on a personal basis those who purchase our cars. Many we gladlybuy back after a few years and sell them another wonderful collectable car.
Finally, we welcome any pre-inspection of our cars by an Inspection company that is hiredby a potential buyer. If they have the proper insurance and a valid Driver's license we letthem drive the car as well.
We are extremely proud of the cars we offer which has resulted in a 100% feedback rating for more than 16 years.
We sold our 1st vintage car on Ebay in March of 2000. Prior to that, for 40 years we sold almost every car through print media.
The question we are always asked "How do you find all of these incredible cars?"
The answer is simple. We have been collecting the best of the best since 1960! During these past 56 yearswe have met 1000's and 1000's of wonderful guys & girls who love this hobby as much as we do. Unfortunatelymany have and do pass away and when they do the families call us.
The cars most often find us for the 2nd time....we don't "find" the cars.
We fly in to inspect the car, most of the times it's acollectionwhich can be 5 or 6 cars....or more. Many times it's a lot more, 25, 50 or as high as 100+ cars.
When we purchase & ship the cars back to Florida we inspect and drive every car. If it needs anything, we haveit correctly & expertly repaired. We don't take shortcuts. If an Air-conditioning system is not working, we don'tjust add Freon....we go through the entire system and fix it right. We're not perfect and once in a greatwhile we mightoverlook something...if we do...call us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
A very long time friend recently asked us "Why do you try and make every thing work in all of your cars?"
I replied in an instant by saying "Because that is way we would love to buy all of our vehicles"
Additionally, we're not greedy. A small markup is added to each car, we keep the overhead to a minimumand always "leave room" for the new buyer to sell his or her car should they make that decision.
We never try to just"Make a sale"because a sale is usually a one time event. Instead, we do our best to"Make a customer"because a customer is forever and that's a VERY good thing in business.
I drove this El Camino almost 200 miles----it drives in a single word.....INCREDIBLE!
I drove it to a car judging show and it was no surprise when we were awarded "BEST IN CLASS"
If Pebble Beach decided to have a class for El Caminos, this is the one you would want to takeand enter in the Concourse D'Elegance.
This El Camino is as good as it gets....It is for the collector who wants and demands the best of the best....
they just don't come any better or any more documented than this!
This car is priced to sell on Ebay and is possibly thevery best1964 El Camino left that is equippedand professionallyrestoredlike this car. This is a #1 condition on the 1-6 ratingsystem.
It is UNDERPRICED the current market on a car equippedlike this and restored to this level!
I would urge you to call me ASAP at(954) 873-6495and I will share with you our lowest possible price...we will NOT respondto e-mails requesting this information and will only share this with a live voice on the phone.
If you have a car that is fully restored or completely original and in EXCELLENT condition, we would welcome to take your car in trade.

Of the 11 still remaining, how many can be in this condition? Maybe 2 or 3?
Check out some videos we took of the car!
It is the generalconsensus among collectors that the 1964-1967 models are the most valuable with the 1964 at the top ofthe most valuable and desirable. There is a cleverly hidden "KILL SWITCH" to prevent theft and we will onlyreveal it's location to the lucky winner of this auction.Exterior: Sateen Silver/GrayPPG Base coat/Clear coatInterior: Red

This was a very expensive body-off-the frame restoration that was done on a rust free, low mileage car. The frame and undercarriageare just like the top of the car, the engine bay, the interior and the bed...SPECTACULAR!
No expensewas sparedduring the restoration of this all matching numbers rare El Camino. If someone were to give you an original, matching numbers car that was rust free, it would cost you $85,000 to $100,000+ to duplicate this car.
You can buy this incredible car restored to Concourse standards for a fraction of what it would cost to restore to this level and condition.
The 327/250 and 327/300 had the same cam, pistons and compression ratio.
The 327/250 had 1.72/1.50 valve heads, the 300 had 1.94/1.50 valve heads.
The 327/250 had a Rochester 4GC carb and matched intake manifold, the 300 a higher air-flow Carter AFBCcarb and matched intake.
The 327/250 had exhaust manifolds with 2" outlets and head pipes, the 300 had manifolds with 2 1/2" outlets and 2 1/2' head pipes.
I drove this car for several hours a few weeks ago, both on the Florida Turnpike at 75-80 mph and all around Boca Raton, DelRay Beach and Palm Beach and it drivesphenomenal.
No vibrations or noises that shouldn't be there...the Brakes are great, it shifts silky smooth and the AC blows ICE COLD. The air-conditioning got so cold, even on the lowest fan speed, I had to turn it off and lower the windows....
Actually fresh air on a Florida 85 degree day with no humidity is not so bad.
All thegauges work correctly, all the lights(interior & exterior), turn signals, brake & back-up lights, parking lights, horn, wipers, heater, defroster,AC and the stereo hidden in the glove box sounds fabulous.
The interior looks fantastic and the car's engine and transmission feels and performs like a new car from 1964...not anything like one who expect from a 52 year old automobile.
I looked long and hard to see if I could find any evidence thatbondo might have been used in the restoration process but could NOT find any. A magnetic business card sticks every where on the body of this car. This car isARROW STRAIGHTand the paint, chrome, trim are ofSHOW QUALITY. They just don't come any better than this!~
Please have anyone you choose to come and inspect this #1 Condition rare El Camino or better yet, please come yourself.
I always like to point out any negatives in any car we offer on Ebaymotors.com but could not find any on this car....maybe you or your inspector can?
Included with this car are the following:
Original Ignition key
Original Owner's Manual
OriginalFactory/Dealer Warranty book with Protecto-plate
Original NAPA Gold Hat Motor Club Maintenance log (with entries)
Original Delco AM/FM owner's manual
Display Card used to describe this car and to win a countless number of 1st place awards.
I drove this car all around South Florida....I am hard pressed to remember when I've received as many honks, waves, thumbs up and people actuallystopping &getting out of their cars to take photos of this car.
I realize most would call this car a "Trailer Queen" I really don't like this name given to any vintage car that isrestored to this #1 level...and to be blunt, we do not want to sell this car to anyone who is just wants to put itinside a trailer and take it to car shows to win a "best of show" or 1st place award. That's fine but this car should be driven so you can appreciatewhat it was like to drive an El Camino equipped like this in 1964.
Scored 998.2 out of a possible 1000 points!
This car should be enjoyed and driven. If you want to take it to a car show thats a few hundred miles away...then PLEASE drive it toand from the show.Your smile will be as broad as mine was when I spent a few hoursdriving it around South Florida on a gorgeous day.
I started off with the AC on and the windows up.....but the AC blows so cold...and the weather was so glorioustoday...that after twenty minutes, I lowered all the windows, turned off the AC and cranked upthe FM station playing oldiesand enjoyed this great South Florida day.
I could talk about this incredible car for hours....but better than more details...please study every photo and then pick upthe phone and call me at(954) 873-6495and I'll give you the lowest acceptable price.
The UNDERCARRIAGE and the BED are as nice as the top of the car!!!!
