THIS PICKUP WILL BE SOLD ON A BILL OF SALE ONLY NO TITLE, IF THIS IS A PROBLEM PLEASE DO NOT BID!!!! For sale is a very solid 48 5 window pickup.This pickup has great patina, most of it's green paint is still on the truck.The cabcorners are solid, with a little bit of rust starting to bubble on the driver side.The cowl is also very solid, with a littlebubbling on the lower passenger side. Really the worst part of the body is that someone took a gas tank that fits behind the seatand mounted it in there. They poked a hole in the cab for the filler to stick out of. The floor has rust in it on the bolt on plate in the center of the floor and wherethe floor meetsthe firewall on the passenger side; otherthen that the floor is in decent shape. There is a little bit of rust forming around the top inside corner windows as well as a small rust spoton the top drivers corner window on the outside. There isalso a little rust pitting right below the windshield. It looks like the pickupmay have been in a fender bender years ago because it looks like it has been fixed with lead right below the vent wing on the cowl. The box also looks like it was replaced at one time because youcan see red paintunderneath the green. The engine is not running and I have nottried to get it running, but does turn over by hand. Theblock casting is 3836233,which decodes to be a mid 50's 235. The pickup also comes with an extra chrome grill to replace the last two bars. The bedalso needs replaced. There is an extra GM SM420 transmission with the cast number 591953 and drive shafts that comeswith the pickup.There is a tranny in the pickup but this one was in the back when I bought it and I don't need it. Ialso have some extra headlightbezels and the factory jack! This is a very cool, solid truck thatwould make an awesome rat rod.
