1962 Buick Skylark

This 1962 Buick Skylark Special was purchased new by my wife's aunt from Putnam Buick in Burlingame California.
In California all of its life, car is no longer being driven and it is time for it to find a new home.
The engine had been removed and rebuilt, the engine compartment has been cleaned and painted original color and all of the components of the engine and compartment had been cleaned and painted. The original 215 CI 190 HP engine looks and drives great. The transmission was also rebuilt last year. The carburetor has been replaced and I do not have the original. The radiator was recored. I believe the brakes were also replaced at the same time. We have no receipts for any of this work as her home was burned in the fires in Northern California and all paperwork was lost.
Original interior looks good, front and rear seats have the original upholstery, It looks like the carpet has been replaced as it looks too good to be 58 years old. Issues with the interior are the headliner at the right rear is coming apart at the stitching, and it is also starting to tear. The door panels are in good shape, the armrests are stained and are old, some of the painted interior metal pieces have surface rust. The dash is cracked. Rear package tray has had speakers installed.
All accessories work except the aftermarket radio. Dash has not been cut for the radio
Body in very good condition, Unknown if he paint is original, the hood and trunk have paint peeling off and the hood has a chunk of paint off and there is surface rust at that area. This car has no rust except the previously mentioned area on the hood.
Both wing window glass is delaminating, the left wing window handle is missing.
The right rear upper window moulding is loose, the clips that hold in on are broken. It is currently taped down in place.
Car drives very nice, no known issues with the car other than what is stated above.
I do not know if I have checked out everything and highly recommend you ask for more pictures or for anything to be checked or tested before you bid.
