1968 Buick Wildcat: 51 years old, only 2,025 original miles

1968 Buick Wildcat

Bought this car in 2010 with 1,357 miles on it - had been owned by a woman who didn't like it and kept it in her garage for decades - even in 2010, the father and both sons were driving Buicks built in the 1960s, so it made sense that they held on to this car despite it's lack of use. The garage where it was kept was heated. Had problems with the fuel lines and gas tank but these have been corrected fully. All parts are original with the exception of the radiator and the ignition, which is now electric in place of the points. But I have kept all original parts. I also have two sets of original tires and wheels. It was kept in heated storage from 2010, when I bought it, until 2015, when I had it trailered to my new house in NY. It has been in an unheated garage since then, with regular short drives to be sure everything is working properly.
