Overview Of Entire Vehicle: *Condition #3+ (Beautiful Original Driver Quality)
This is an absolutely amazing 1961 Buick Special Station Wagon that is in excellent condition inside and out. This car is a true time capsule. As it is pretty much completely all original, with only one repaint. That was done several years ago in its original color of Desert Fawn. This has been a two-owner car in Arizona and Nebraska with believed to be only 31k original miles, which shows in both its condition and the way it drives. The car was sold on 9/29/1961, by Graham Buick in Fremont Nebraska. We have the original sales invoice and the original title with the original lien payoff docs. Which the original owners kept until 2001, until selling the vehicle to a Gentlemen out of Fountain Hills, AZ who owned it up until 2019. This car has been kept in great hands and was treated, as a true collector car should. It is completely solid as a rock and totally rust free. I am sure you will not find a nicer 1961 Buick anywhere. It has its factory 215cu 2bbl, all Aluminum Fireball V8 engine with a factory 3-Speed Manual transmission that runs and drives amazing. The original interior is amazing still wrapped in plastic with the original Buick mats on the floor. These vintage station wagons are becoming very popular as not many of them lasted over the years. So finding nice original cars period is hard enough, but finding a wagon like this is like finding a needle in a haystack.

Exterior: *Condition #3
The car shows beautifully on the outside with one repaint in its original color of Desert Fawn. Done probably about 20 years ago but still looks beautiful. It was a very nice quality job when they did it and looks to be all hand rubbed to a smooth finish. The paint has a few very minor small chips that were pointed out in the video from over the years but has no major damage. The body is completely straight as an arrow and rust free. All of the chrome and trim on the car is original and in absolutely amazing condition looking like a car that is only a few years old. It has all four T3 headlights in it, still with the factory wheels and mint original hubcaps with like new white wall radial tires. The fit and finish on the car is absolutely amazing as it has never been apart, with great glass and appearing to be mostly all new weather stripping. This car has a very nice, clean and crisp presence to it.
Interior: *Condition #3+
The interior is absolutely magnificent, that is completely all original. With plastic still covering the original seats, original factory Buick mats and rubber flooring. The door panels are all original with a little wear on the driver's armrest with an absolutely beautiful condition steering wheel with no cracks. The dash and gauge cluster are bright and as clean as the day it was new with a striking original headliner. The storage compartment in the back is in amazing condition looking like it has never been used. Inside the car, everything appears to work with the exception of the factory AM Radio that can be rebuilt very easily. The Interior shows just as well as the exterior of the vehicle with a very clean and crisp presence.
Mechanically: *Condition #3+
It runs and drives like a dream. It is mechanically, in excellent condition fully serviced with only 31k miles. Which is believed to be original, by how the car drives and shows. The car drives amazing and very straight down with the road with a strong engine and great feeling clutch that shifts smooth with no smoke or leaking. Under the hood is all original and looks absolutely beautiful with original paint and decals. Looking like a true time capsule underneath with the original washer accessory bottle still intact.
Under Carriage: *Condition #3
This Under Carriage on this vehicle is super clean. As you can see it is solid and rust free just like how a nice low mileage southwest car should be. The front suspension seems to be very nice and clean with a nice exhaust system. Overall, underneath it is very nice, dry, clean and rust free just as it should be.
