Vehicle DetailsI received this car from an aunt after she passed away. She owned this car since 1993 and I took possession of it in March of 2022. I have all the maintenance records since she has owned it and a couple before. I have 3 folders of everything ever done to the car in that time frame, including every time the timing belt was replaced with water pump. It appears that the maintenance followed very closely to Bmw recommendations. This car is 100% stock except for radio and a alpine alarm from the 90’s. Car runs and drives smoothly and has no dash lights on nor does it have any indicator lights on in message center. Ac works and blows cold. All power windows work and all power button/switches also work. Sun roof is manual and not power. Interior is very nice with no rips or holes. No signs of wear on black leather either, (it has been brought to my attention that these maybe vinyl seats. I was told that Bmw used leather and vinyl in the e30. I don’t know) There is no rust on this car that includes body, engine bay, trunk and underneath. It was bought new in Florida and has always been a Florida car. There have been two previous owners. The lady who bought it new in 1990. My aunt who bought it in 1993 and me since March of 2022. I had to title it in my name with requirements of the estate. This car is tight and not ragged out. Has always been lady driven and I once drove it around the block when I received it. The speedometer has been replaced with a new speedometer from bmw. I have all paper work with this, when it was done and records of maintenance before, when it was done and afterwards. All paperwork mileage etc is in perfect alignment. Also I have the old speedometer head. These were common to fail. When you see all the detailed maintenance records with everything that has been done to car you will see how truly detailed the records are. The window tint is a light shade and should/needs redone. There is a small dent/crease in drivers door that can be seen in photos. Also a small scuff mark on rear passenger side fender trim. All wheel drive, yes it is a real ix
