This BMW has spent its entire life in the state of California. The car is in need of a light restoration due to cosmetics.Original paint is now faded as seen in photos and could use a full respray. However every panel has its originalmatching vin tags and the car has never been in any accident. BBS basket wheels come with the car and are in ok conditionshowever they could use a new set of tires as the ones on the car are dry rotted.
Mechanically the car is extremely solid. As seen in the photos we have a inch thick of service history dating back to the early 90s.Engine is very healthy and still packs a lot of the patented in line 6 power. The car was someones daily driver for 20 years.Runs and drives great. Engine idles perfect, no check engine or error light is on. The 5 speed manual gearbox is tight.Clutch is soft and every gear engages smoothly without any grinds or pop outs. Each gear pulls nicely all theway through red line without hesitation. Car comes with factory Limited Slip Differential.
Interior also could use some restoration. Front seats could use a recover however the power seats work well. Rear seatsare not ripped and could use a good cleaning. The Dash is in really good shape, these dashboards are known to warp andcrack very easily however this one barely has any warping and a couple small cracks. Air conditioning blows cold.Power windows and power sunroof work as they should.
This car has great bones, awesome opportunity for someone to put some TLC and have a great car that they can drivefor years on end. Purchaser will recieve clean carfax clean title and all the books manuals/ service records.
