Time to sell an old friend, I woke it up this April from its aircraft hangar hibernation. Brand new Dunlop tires with less than 20 miles driven. A total mechanical refreshing from Kelly BMW in Columbus, OH. Original S14 motor went through service I, valves, all fluids, timing chain adjusted, and much more totaling over $2,200. Will send the dealer receipt and info to seriously interested buyers as well as many more photos. Still retains all of its original manuals. It has its bumps, bruises, and some surface rust areas. Paint is mostly original but cleans up very presentably. Interior is completely original (black leather) and shows its age (no rips, tears or cracks) just less black then they were in 1988. Dash has one crack where the VIN tag is riveted to it, not the best idea BMW had to attach it? Odometer shows 160,671 and will continue to do so, the wonderful 1988 plastic gear in the VDO gauge decided to retire and when it did. So began the time spent in the hangar, not being driven ( and these cars thrive on being driven.) It's ready to go, not overpriced just an honest original S14 M3.
