I am the original owner of this rare vehicle who drove it out of the showroom on April, 29, 1989, with documents to prove it. It was always my second car, thus never used a daily commuter. It has always lived in a garage and was never abused. Assembled by hand, Garching, Germany. It was always treated with TLC. It has leather door panels and console, on board computer, electrically heated seats, full trunk carpeting with the original trunk lid tool kit. Total world production run was only 2,191 vehicles. Among the rarest production BMW Motorsport cars. Offered in black only. listing. North American production was 1,340 units; 1238 for US, 102 for Canada.
