He had purchased a brand new transmission and had some work done to the engine. One day he bought the car in because he reported having issues with the transmission. We checked it out and learned there was an electrical problem that we couldn't pin point unless he actually wanted the work done. Our shop has been around for over 30 years, so we could have figured it out but he decided to move on.
