Very original low mileage car in running driving condition. Needs minor mechanical repairs to have this car in perfect working order. 2000cc twin cam engine runs beautify has been upgraded to twin Weber DCOE40 carburettors that let this engine really perform. It burns no oil or antifreeze starts every time with a manual choke and leaks are minimal to none. 5 speed rear wheel drive transaxle with independent suspension gives this car great balance the clutch is in perfect condition with thehydraulicsystem having beenrecentlyreplaced 2nd gear syncro is beginning to feel worn but the gearbox on a whole is in fantastic shape and shifts flawlessly. 4 wheel disk brakes are great with no vibrations or spongy feel. It isequippedwith tilt steering that functions perfect. The rest of the steering system only needs some looseness adjusted out of the inner tie rods to be in perfect condition. Body is in good shape andappearsto have been repainted at one point in itsoriginalcolour. It shows only minor rust at right rear wheel arch and various smallsurfacerust spots on the front valence and rockers that have not penetrated the body work. The undercarriage is in spectacular condition and rust free and the rocker panels are only showing rust around the mounting holes for the side trim. The bumpers are showing the most age of any part on the car they areseverelydeteriorated and need attention. Factory leather interior is complete with only one torn seam on the passenger seat all of the switches and buttons work. Has original Magnesium spare tire jack and some of its original tool roll. All 5 factory Magnesium Campagnolo 14 inch rims are in great shape with 4 new tires and all 5 centre caps. This car came equipped with Factory air conditioning thecondenserandevaporatorare still installed in the car the A/C pump has been removed but is included with the sale as well as all mountingbracketsand hardware to reinstall it.Despitethe upright sedan seating position this car feels very sporty and nimble to drive with minimal body roll for such a tall car. The exhaust note the 2litretwin cam belts out while moving through the gears quickly makes you forget your in a 4 door family car and instantly brings out your inner sports cars driver. This has always been my go to weekend touring car for that very reason.
