Description:

1968 Volkswagen Squareback

Selling my '68 Volkswagen Squareback. Purchased it a couple years ago with intentions to restore it, but ended up working on something else. It has been stored inside ever since. I have brand new interior door cards for it (not all of them are pictured but i have them all) as a few brand new window seals. The engine was rebuilt and currently has about 500 miles on the rebuild. Does not run right now, as the gas tank is not hooked up but I'm sure it will when everything is put back together. I drove it when I brought it home. The engine runs great, and the transmission feels very good as well. I have a box with everything that is missing off the car including the rubber that came off of it, as well as all of the interior and exterior pieces that I took off. The only thing that this car needs is a passenger front and rear panel, as the ones I have currently are really rusted out and had been repaired in the past. No cancer rust on the body though, just needs those panels and someone to put it back together to get it on the road again. lastly, it also has a never used scat dragfast short shifter installed that is a nice upgrade.
*the roof rack is no longer included in the sale*
I DO HAVE ALL OF THE GLASS, all in good shape. two of the rear quarter windows are pop outs as is original. I will send you photos of the glass upon request because I dont have one at the time of posting this.
Please contact me via text message at two0eight-nine4six-eight41seven or through the ebay message system if you have any questions at all. Im available most hours of the day.
I'm listing with the intent of having the new owner come and pay cash in person and pick it up. If there is someone out there that would like to arrange another form of delivery, just inquire with me and we can go from there. I will deliver the car for a fee so long as it is not more than a 300 mile drive.
