This 1961 Ford Galaxie 2 door Club Victoria is a nice one! The body is very straight on this car and the paint is very nice with no rust issues. The aftermarket hood does have a star crack in it on the drivers side but that is very normal for these hoods. The chrome and britework are both superb on this car as is the glass and rubber. The powerplant is a 390 FE backed by a C6 Automatic transmission and a 9 inch rear axle with 3:73 gearing and a posi unit. The car is a beast with this drivtrain combo. It runs well and is very reliable to drive. The engine compartment is detailed super nice. the engine has. finned valve covers. custom dual snorkle air cleaner. Edelbrock aluminum water pump. Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold. Holley carburator. Holley fuel pump and a Pro Billet Electronic Distributor. On the inside the Galaxie is very nice with new black bucket seating. headliner. door panels and carpeting. The car has a woodgrain trim package also to spice the inside up a bit. All of the lights and gauges are in working order as well as the horn. The car has an aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo mounting neatly in the glove box. The wipers on the car have a mind of their own only working when they want to. The car was fitted with period correct Cragar SS wheels and new radials to complete the look. The Galaxie sounds awesome through its black power coated 3" exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. As you can see from the pictures the undercarraige is very solid with no rust or patches.
