1966 Mustang recently restored (500 Miles) with 25K in parts and 1000 hours of labor. Have all the build pictures showing process of full tear down, rotisserie, sand blast, all metal work to include new floor pans, new fenders, new left quarter and trunk panels. 2K sealed inside and out before finish body work and then painted inside and out with factory Tahoe Turquoise. I kept some of the trim pieces like the light trim rings original to keep some of the history of the car.
Professional built 347 stroker, internally balanced with roller cam, forged internals, aluminum AFR heads, Edelbrock intake and carb, JBA mid length headers. custom built T-5, 5 speed transmission to exceed the HP of the engine with racing clutch. custom dual exhaust with crossover and supper 44 mufflers.
Suspension upgrade is a global west tubular Shelby drop in the front and the rear has been upgraded to ford 9 inch 3.25 posi from a 68 GT mustang. Power disk brakes all around (Willwood front), Steering is rack and pinion manual and is nice and tight.
Inside is all new pony interior with 2 steering wheels, one old school original in white, and one smaller racing in black. Rally pac tach and clock on the steering column. vintage looking radio with USB and aux input for phones or ipod. The interior is 100% new. All new wiring harness
almost everything in the car is new and it is fast fast. I built this to keep but have other project that need to complete. There are a couple things to do to complete the car but these are easy cosmetic if you want. This is a driver and not a show car so it was built to go have fun and drive fast on the weekends. just broken in and first oil change. Contact me for additional pictures
