I bought this last year from a neighbor of the original owner (I believe I am the 3rd). He only used to to travel backand forth to Jazz Festivals. I was very lucky to be able to score it. I had intentions of making it a worktruck for my motorcycle business but its too nice and rare & business has been slow so here it is. It has some spots of rust The floors are solid. I would fix the wheel arches and the door bottoms. I drive it as is and have no problems. We recently drove thisbaby to Brimfield Mass and back with no problems. It averages 19 mpg on the highway at 70mph. A little less with full cargo. It startsright up with no problems and drives and brakes fine. It has brand new tires with less thank 2k on them. I change the oil every 2500 with Mobil. I have the original radio that just was rebuilt and an Aux cord was added to it that will go with the Van. Itsstill onthe shelf. The truck does have anexhaust leak and I would have the exhaust fixed but againI'vebeen using as is. The body is very straight for a Van of its age. I'm sureI'm leaving something out So please ask any questions prior to bidding or have someone come inspect it prior to your Bid/Purchase. Payment due within 5 days of auction end. Old trucks aren't for everyone so please be aware of the age of Van you are bidding on. Its a very nice example but few vehicles this age are 100% Perfect and require nothing.
