My dad found this car in Yuba City, CA and restored it in Sacramento in the 80's. It's been in my clean and dry large garage for the last 25 years.
Dad never did restore the top, but it has the original rails and canvas.
Plus it comes with an additional 1926 engine block, rebuilt!
It starts and runs fine. I've driven it occasionally over the years.
I don't know the actual mileage.
