1954 Chevrolet Other Pickups

This is one fine 1954 Chevrolet 3100 Rat Rod!!! Before the hate mail starts rolling in...the truck is a clear titled 1954 but does have a earlier model 3100 dog house on it because the 54's dog house was not worth saving.
I will try to hit all the details but if you have any questions please feel free to email me.
Again a 1954 clear titled Chevrolet 3100 on a S10 standard cab frame. The frame has been completely cleaned and painted with NO frame damage or cutting and splicing. Once the frame was detailed a custom mono leaf rear spring was installed with a air bagged sub frame over the factory S10 rear end. Front spring were removed for specific fit bolt in bag kit. Font and rear have new brakes and new front rotors with new brake lines where needed. Brakes are connected to a new modern GM power brake booster and new master cyl.Power comes from a box stock GM small block 350 with factory intake and 4 barrel carb. Exhaust flows through custom headers and all new exhaust with Cherry Bomb type mufflers (has a very mellow tone and not obnoxious). Up front is an new custom race radiator and thermostat controlled electric fan (no overheating issues at all).
The body is a work of patina art. Body was selected for its natural patina that we enhanced to match everything up and flow like you see it. Cab has clear nice glass all the way around with no cracks and all new seals throughout. Windows wind up and down like new and cab vent pops up and down for hillbilly air conditioning. The truck does have new straight running boards with all new custom welded supports. Overall the body is in very good condition with no rust holes and NOT dinged up like a golf ball like most on eBay.
The interior has new floors after the cab was channeled over the frame with custom cab mounts and sound deadening foil throughout. Dash was smoothed and painted gloss body color for added detail. Dash also has Dolphin gauges that all function as they should. All new EZ wiring harness and wiring throughout and all runprofessionallyandtight. Steering wheel is on a recycled GM tilt column with new Grant wheel.
Added details are pin stripped details on dash and manual 4 corner valves for the air ride system that fit perfectly between the factory speaker teeth in the dash.Few other details are a custom aluminum fuel cell, gallon air tank, win Viair pumps, nd retro 15" American Racing Torgue Thrust wheels mounted to all new tires.Have to thank my friends Larry Webb of Gnaw Bone Indiana for the custom pantina paint job and the talented Tim McComas of Brushworks in Cincinnati for again detailing another truck with his great pinstriping. This truck starts great (not cold natured) and runs like a champ with no mechanical issues. A perfect cruiser and a certain attention grabber at any event when you blow the bags and lay the boards on the ground!
