Description:

1911 Cadillac Other

One of the "Brass Era" jewels. Built when Cadillac was truly the "Standard of the World".
Thousands of hours of work, tens of thousands of dollars invested to make this what it is today. It is so close to finished but I now have no time and need to thin the collection. The engine is fresh out of the shop but never yet started. The drive train, steering and suspension tell it was a low mileage car. Wheels, radiator, upholstery have been reproduced exacctly as original. The photos show the quality of the work. The target was the concourse d'elegance and a mid $100K value range. Included, but not shown in photos are 2 rear doors, tail light, speedo, horn and mirror all restored like the headlights and markers. Fenderds need work. The headlights, by the way, are Gray-Davis "Cadillac" script, as the should be.
During this project I amased a collection of all the critical parts for spairs. The list inclides, but is not limited to the following:
Engine crank shaft, 2 cam shafts with gears, 2 cylinders with heads and jackets, fan and bracket, valve caps, bearing shells, Schebler carburetor, 2 oilers (1 complete, 1 parts), distributor, nos coil, Bosch magnetos, nos ring and pinion, bearings, speedo and cable, drive shaft, completr front axle with spindles and tie rod, complete rear alxe assembly with brakes, 2 extra brake drums, top and bows for patterns, brass windshield (needs work), and a complete transmission with gears, in mint condition.
Call me if you have questions. 925-899-4912. All this located in the San Francisco east bay, about 4 hours north of Bakersfield if you're out here for the HCC meet. Don't call if you just want to buy parts. It's ALL OR NONE.
Will be sold with no reserve, as-is, where-is, no warranty, with a bill of sale
