1952 Willys CJ-3A
Up for sale is a nice little Willys Jeep that the owner spent several years restoring. We don't know much about the restoration as the owner has passed and his wife and daughter didn't keep up with the fathers work on the Jeep. This is a 1952 CJ-3A and it runs and drives very well. The speedometer is showing only 35 miles on it, and we don't know if this is what has been put on the Jeep after the restoration or not. The new paint in the dark red looks nice on the jeep. All gages work as they should, and the vacuum wipers also work. The transmission shifts nicely, and clutch is smooth. A new fuel pump has just been installed by the mechanic that checked the Jeep for the owners before we list it for sale. It looks like all the electrical has been updated and it has several fuse blocks under the hood. It has all new tires on freshly painted wheels, and the spare is also new. The seats have been reupholstered, front and rear and the insides look nice. The body of the Jeep is solid, but I did fine some rust in the toolbox under the passenger seat that has been patched and a spot on one of the under-body frame brackets. Not a lot of rust, just a little. (Please look at all pictures closely) All lights work, and it comes with a towbar for towing and an electric plug on the front of the Jeep for lights to hook up to your tow vehicle. This Jeep looks very nice on the top side, but the undercarriage could use some painting to look a little better. Again, this is a nice driver quality Jeep not a show Jeep. We wish we knew more about the Jeeps restoration, but what we do know is that it looks nice and runs and drives very well. I'm listing this little Jeep for the family, and I will take all questions to them. Buyer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs.
