This is a NON TITLE project. BILL OF SALE ONLY. I have the serial number data plate.
Custom frame, roll cage and fabrication by Kyle Green Fabrication in Gilbert, Az. He builds professional desert race trucks and can be found online.
Low mile 2007 5.3 V8 (I was told 60k miles) with Pacesetter headers and rebuilt HP 4L80E transmission and rebuilt transfer case. I have the engine computer that’s programmed and ready to run. New in Box Painless Wiring Kit (No. 60526) to run engine and transmission. Drive by wire pedal included. Hydroboost brake module (needs brake lines and hoses).
Frame is beautiful and of the finest quality and set up for Fox Coilovers in the front (I have the them new in box), Deaver spring over axle in the rear. Custom brake pedal assembly installed. Ididit steering column (shift on column) 90 % installed. Rebuilt Saginaw steering gear. New 23 gallon fuel tank with a new Wrangler fuel pump module (needs to be installed).
Chevy 8 lug axles (Dana 60 front, full float 14 bolt rear) with disk brake rears (fronts too but I don’t have the disks nor calipers). New rear leaf springs. Suspension and steering is complete, ready to run but for installation of the front coil overs (and rear shocks which I don’t have). Steering linkage is complete (steering gear needs to be bolted in and pitman arm is ready to bolt to the drag link).
I have two JK Rubicon seats for the front and matching rear seat. I have the tailgate and some of the glass. New door levers for front doors.
Body is solid with almost no rust. Firewall has been modified to accommodate optimal engine position for cycling of suspension.
The interior roll cage is a work of art and ties into the frame.
New, in box complete body wiring harness by American Autowire Part No. 500695.
Kyle Green Fabrication built the frame to fit the Willys Wagon’s body as if from the factory. This isn’t some ill fitting frame swap.
Be cool aluminum Radiator.
There is over 20k in the frame, suspension, steering and axles alone.
I will do $11,500.00 less the engine and transmission.
