1957 Willys Panel Delivery Panel

1957 Willys Panel...former military ambulance spent most of its life as a roadsign I'm told...very solid with some kinda floor repair in drivers and passengers foot area...body has a few extra holes in it from being an ambulance I suppose and some rust through over rear wheels and at lower cowl front fender area.... a good running circa 1991? low miles chevy small block auto trans w/transfer case all from blazer I'm told.... rears are from 1970's model International scout with 3.73 gearing...all works well but if you ask me shes an overpowered log wagon to drive...(But real COOL none the less) headlights work but brake and turns are not functioning and wiring is an absolute disaster...there is a new fuse panel installed but I think all thats hooked to it is engine and wipers?...pontiac tilt colume is patched to willys fuse panel (yep for some reason its got 2 panels rigged together??)...3 years ago fellow brought it here for some work...I went through brakes, seals and hubs in both rears, installed 2" hitches front and rear, built front driveshaft so 4wd would work taped up the holes in body and painted it with flat rustolium...he had a guy who was suppose to rewire who showed up one day started jerkin stuff from under dash and never returned and I believe thats where all interest in the willys ended...a few weeks ago he brought me the clear delaware title and said unload it for what I can get....And thats how we got here....Some fresh gas and a battery is all that was needed to get it running again.....its runs fairly well(needs a good tuneup and I believe accelerator pump is acting up may have vacuum leak?) the brakes are good and it drives good also....radiator is leaking at upper seam....SHES a PROJECT and would need towed any real distance....Give me a call if you've any more questions I'll be glad to honestly answer all...Jim at 302-632-8462....shipping will be entirely up to you as new owner I'll be happy to help get it safely loaded...I'll also store it for you for 30days at no charge till your arrangements are made ( $20 per day after that)...small deposit of $200 is to be made by paypal when auction ends...check,money order,or cash in person for balance must be here within 7 days of auction close....do not show up with check cashiers or otherwise when you come to pick it up or it will cost you a hotel room until funds clear owners bank....if you wish to paypal entire purchase I'm cool with that but 4% will be added to cover the fees....any other arrangements must be pre approved by me before auction ends....AND PLEASE DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MEANS TO DO SO>>>Thanks...
