1968 Volvo P1800S Chrome

This car runs and drives very well. All new suspension bushings in the front axle and rear axle and sway bars. New shock absorbers in front and rear. A Pertronix "Point-Less" Electronic ignition was installed for perfect ignition timing and firing. Recently tuned up with new Bosch Distributor Cap and Rotor as well as four new NGK Platinum spark plugs for quick starting and economical engine operation. Engine oil is Synthetic Mobil 1 with new oil filter changed at 5000 mile intervals. The engine compression is 165 PSI +/- 5 PSI between each cylinder. Does not leak or burn any motor oil.This car is ready to be driven coast to coast if you so desire to do so. I installed new 14 inch tires recently on all four wheels at Whalemart with a nationwide tire hazard warranty at any Whalemart auto center. The interior shows off very well with one month old new front seats installed with original black vinyl and memory foam for a really stress and pain free ride even on long haul highway trips.I have the original Fridgedair dealer installed under dash air conditioning unit which is not installed but currently stored in storage along with the air conditioning compressor. A recent Base Coat Clear Coat paint job and body-work was performed six months ago and the paint code was changed to Guards Re, a Porsche 911 color which looks superb! Many of my work colleagues and neighbors thought that I owned an older Ferrari, as I had my body shop folks remove the Volvo letters from the rear panel of the car. I am selling this car with the pre 1965 1800S Bull Horn front bumper, however if you want the original chrome bumper I will have that installed and keep the Bull Horn front chrome bumper. This car is rust-free with Historic license plates on it from Arizona. The car was recently appraised for over $25,500.00 in its current condition and options. I have a new in the box AM/FM Stereo CD In Dash Player with Blue Tooth Input as well as USB, it is connected to an external 100 Watt RMS Stereo Amp and four speakers located in the front and rear of the car.The only reason I am selling this unique and head-turning piece ofRolling art work is that I was Terminated from my airline job for being a Federal Whistleblower about passenger safety. GOD knows the truth and I really tried to help keep the flying public safe! Car has all new wiring harness fuse box and all lights and switches work. Has Laycock M41 4Speed manual Gearbox and superbly working electric overdrive unit with New Electric Solenoid, all guages work including the speedometer and electric tachometer. All new motor mounts on engine and transmission. New driveshaft bushing and bearing along with new universal joints on the driveshaft. New front and rear axle wheel bearings inner and outer recently installed. This car steers and handles very well due to the recently installed Polyurethane front and rear end bushings from IPDUSA in Portland, Oregon, what a difference, simply amazing!
