1987 Westfalia Vanagon With New "Go Westy" Engine (ONLY 1,500 MILES)

1987 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia Camper

This is a Canadian model that has Km instead of Miles on instruments, lso has the integral VW gasoline cabin heater. Approx. 267,000 miles on the body but LESS than 1,500 miles on new "Go Westy" Engine. Have owned for (2) years. Reason for selling is to buy a larger, ewer Sprinter Van.

2015 Improvements Completed: A New Go Westy 2300cc engine professionally installed, lutch, adiator, ront Radiator hoses, ew engine temp gauge added, ew front separate stereo speakers, atmat on all walls/doors, emoved refrigerator for more storage, ud/Snow Tires, and New slave cylinder

2014 Improvements Completed: Silverstar headlight bulbs, ocket box, oof, ack, olar Panel, wing w/poles, amp carpet, railer hitch, ll shock absorbers, ew front end bushings throughout including some urethane bushings, ED off road lights, nterior cabin LED lights throughout, ith kitchen LED valence, ED front footwells, ED step/lip to main cabin, d player, mp, ubwoofer and rear speakers, econd house battery w/1,2, LL switch with battery status indicator gauge, ew sink faucet (still needs to be wired), 2v accessory plug in, dded (4) drink holders, abin carpet, ront door seals, K&N air filter, lternator, ront and rear tire chains, ront and rear wiper washer fluid pumps, ropane regulator, arbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher, nd VW mud flaps.

Items still in need of fixing: Rear wiper motor does not work (estimate $180 parts), ower steering rack leaks and pump is currently disconnected; have driven this way for 2 years and works just fine (Estimate for labor and install/repair $450), nd electric mirrors do not work. Would have done these projects but am now done putting more money in this vehicle as I am planning on getting a Sprinter van as my new project.
