You are viewing a blast from the past! This is a 1966 VW Bug with factory sunroof. Sunroof works perfectly. This car was restored about 15 years ago with all new window seals that are still perfect, as been garage kept since then. The paint has two or three small little spots, s seen in pics. The paint still shines like it was painted last week. Car has beautiful interior that is super nice, xcept for small tear in headliner. Very easy fix. Seats and carpet are immaculate, ll seat belts work great. Dash is very nice and clean and has not been cut-on. The motor and transmission looks to have been put in car upon restoration. Motor is a 1600 Dualport, ar has been converted to a 12-volt system. I would say car has only 1000 miles since restoration. Floor pans are in amazing shape, s you can tell by pictures. Heater channels are solid and so is inside of fender wells. This car runs, rives and shifts amazing. Tires are a different story. They are 4-ply Coker nylon that are dry-cracked. Would say they were installed upon restoration. Definitely needs new tires, did not replace because I like the look. I have owned 25-30 VWs in the last few years. This is a super solid car! I also race 300 ft dirt drags with a drag rail powered by a VW motor, o VWs are my hobby. Just did some trading on this car and went several hours to pick it up. It was well worth the drive.
