1967 VW DUNE BUGGY RUNNING W/ TITLE, NEW WHEELS BRAKES AND SUSPENSION
1967 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic
Have registration for this VW buggy that lists at 1967.Engine has recently had valve work and other touch up, new springs/suspension, new brakes (have receipts),engine and steering column is mostly from Type 3. Disc brakes in front, drum at rear.Brand new 15" 4x130 bolt wheels and tires (under 10 miles on them, also have receipts).Also have a set of 5-bolt Chevy wheel adapters, with 15" (rear) and 14" (front) wheels (tires on these are old, but welcome to take the set if you want).Have original windshield and a newer aftermarket one (and a few other accessories like the taillight covers and aftermarket pedals), and several VW related service books.New marine 12V battery. Headlights are working (all 12V system). Gauges are not connected (only the green power light). There is no power steering. Runs on Regular 87.This is a project card and sold AS-IS, consider as a kit or "for parts." It does start and run, but you'll need to be familiar with VW cars to make use of it.I no longer have a trailer, so this will be pick up only. I do have a local contact that can help trailer this up to about 100 miles for a fee, but will need a few days notice to get scheduled.Fun kit but selling because my dad wants something lower and with doors. He can't hop in like he used to. Fiberglass body was adjusted for the tail lights and fuel tank.
