I got this last year in a trade. I have two Ghias listed. The amount I do not know about VW's would fill a book. Everything I know came from reading The Samba. So please ask any questions.This one is missing almost everything. It is titled in my name and Is Planned Non-Operational with CA DMV.Some prior owner did some interesting welding around the headlight buckets and on the side. I tried to get as good of a perspective in the pictures. In my opinion this would be good for someone doing some sort of modified Ghia project, going back to stock would be a lot of work,It does appear this was swapped from swingarm to IRS.It does have some pan rust and a couple holes. In my opinion it could be generically cleaned up and patched pretty easy but to do it right, it would need new front floors. The worst body corrosion is in one of the pictures of the left rear lower corner. I'll take any specific requested pictures and try to answer any questions as specific as possible.
I have boxes of parts that I have listed separately. If there is something of interest let me know.I can hang onto it for a few days after the end of auction, but my primary goal is to free up space.
