Vehicle DetailsSelling this low miles Triple White 1989 Volkswagen Cabriolet Boutique Edition automatic. The car has just over 58,000 miles and is now in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. I had the bumpers repainted due to several scrapes, and a front fender top due to a small dent. There is no rust on the car and the existing original paint is in good condition with just a few small chips and scratches - hardly noticeable. I also had all the small door dings removed by paintless dent repair. The wheels were reconditioned and look like new. The tires are not new but in excellent shape. The front seats were repaired and the rear seats are very nice. The top was replaced and the headliner is clean with no rips or tears. All of the speakers were replaced and a new stereo was installed - the original still worked, but one channel (left) was out. I also replaced the glove box cover. Mechanically, the timing belt was changed, new plugs and wires installed, timing set, oil and filter changed as was the fuel filter. I also replaced the passenger side axle and installed new front brake pads. The a/c system was converted to 134 and blows ice cold. Everything works including factory cruise control, and the car shifts and drives excellently. I try to represent my cars to the best of my knowledge.
