Vehicle DetailsThis is a beautifully kept and mostly original 1974 Volkswagen super beetle classic. Two doors, baby blue exterior and cream colored interior. Mechanically it is in excellent condition, I have never had it hesitate to start and it runs great. I am not afraid to drive her every day and I usually do. There are 87,770 miles on the odometer, I cannot attest to whether or not it has turned over. This was owned by two prior owners and then myself, I bought it last year. I just don’t have the time to improve upon this beautiful classic car and it deserves to be maintained in the same spirit it has been, and could use some minor restoration. The headliner is in good condition except for a few tears in the rear, see pics. The running boards need replaced and the passenger front seat needs to be anchored. The speedometer and the e brake need to be fixed as well. There are small portions of rust but nowhere I can see has it rusted through, so this will need to be addressed before it’s too late. That’s it as far as I can tell. This car is sold as is with no warranty by the owner so please ask questions and/or have someone come and take her for a spin before purchasing. I have sold one of these on eBay Motors before and it was a successful sale, and I am a long-standing and trusted eBay seller. It will be the buyers responsibility to ship the purchase if necessary, including dropping off at the shipping point.
