Volkswagen Beetle - Classic. 1957 Oval Window Rare Barn Find. NO Rust car except for small hole in battery location. All heater channels, floors, torsion areas all rust free California Car. Make this your own car by restoring it or just leave the patina as it is and get it street worthy. Starts, Drives, and Stops. However I have not got it street ready yet. I have driven it around my own property. New Battery, New tires, Rebuilt Carb. rebuilt seats with new padding and covers, looks awesome. Drop spindle in front beam. Looks very good and handles well. This car is a rare bird nowadays being pretty stock with a 36HP engine. Not orig, but correct year. I did replace the drivers door with another 57 door that had the wing window correct and door handle replaced with the original one. Fits great.
You will not find a better start for a 1957 Oval anywhere at this price. I have a clear title and it is currently registered in California where it is in my garage. You will not be disappointed.
