Vehicle Details1981 Volkswagen Vanagon. Clean and clear VA title. Runs and drives well. Exact mileage unknown as the odometer does not work. Ac/heat(fan blows constantly), radio (cuts in and out), and speakers (missing some) all need work to function properly. Rear has been gutted and is ready for you to build out. Paint is okay. It has scratches and dings. This is a 40 year old van so it’s not perfect and needs work. I have a clean VA title for it.
Now here’s what I’ve noticed and why it’s listed as “needs workâ€:
It is burning and leaking oil (may need a head gasket), the engine smoking, and possibly the transmission is slipping. This will need some work to be 100% road worthy.
