Engine:Original2.0 liter engine with hydraulic lifters rebuilt two years ago and converted toprogressive carburetor
- runs strong- good clutch and pressure plate- Solid 091 transmission - smooth shifting- Suspension solid with all four new shocks- Gas tank cleaned recently, fuel sending unit workin, - Solid brake ( good calipers, front pads about 80 % good, new lines and hoses)- Steering: inspected and good, no play- Wiring: inspected, Lights - headlights upgraded to H4, all new bulbs around,flasher relay, fuses, all lights, headlights, and blinkers work.
- new shaded front windshield glass, the other windows are original green glass- aftermarket removable roof rack comes with the vehicle- original VW bus rims- new chrome WV logo hubcaps- New battery- set of 4 brand new tires
Bodywork: Solid body, no acciden, - when stripped to bare metal there were some good quality repairs noted at left rear wheel well, left rocker and battery tray- sheet metal patch on left corner of cabin floor- spare tire bracket removed from the front and spare placed to sink unit
- primed, painted and clearcoded,undercarriage has extra pan in the center- New paint to original color - Beige- Fiberglass top repainted- New pop top seal.

Outside city 120 V hook up.- Both louvre windows with screen in good working condition- Swivel leg table- New front seat upholstery- Running water sink

We have only driven the bus a limited amount since the work and cannot say how it will handle on a long road trip; ideally you'd wan't to put some miles on it locally to gain confidence and work out any potential little bugs before you head out across the country; therefore shipping is highly recommended.
