Description:

1989 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia with Subaru EJ 2.2

Selling this well kept, 1989 Volkswagen Vanagon, Westfalia full camper. It is fitted with the Subaru EJ 2.2 engine with the Kennedy Products kit. It has the Kennedy decal in the door jamb, certifying it to be "smog legal" in California. It is ready to go camping or go anywhere you heart desires. The previous owner sourced and installed a middle row to take more people camping with him. The Subaru engine has 110k on it. It was installed with 80k on it and had the timing belt and water pump changed out at the time along with new drive belts. It starts and runs good. Has plenty of passing power. It was just treated to a new pop-top tent and seals. It is an A/C vehicle and if the new owner wishes to install the A/C, the condenser and parts are still with the vehicle. The Z=bed folds nice and flat even with the middle row installed(see photo). The interior does have some wear spots on the cushion(see photo). It is a manual transmission and pulls strong in all the gears.
If you have been looking for a camper that you can pass with, enjoy and drive, this is your vehicle.
