1970 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

This is what is left from a project. Was going to be a 1937 Woody style. The fiberglass front end with aluminum grill alone cost $800+Was in garage then stored next to house under multiple tarps. Some tore along the way letting water through. Rusted out the new pans.
It has new fenders now have surface rust.Adjustable front beam.Replaced all brakes but can't speak for present condition.Had new shortblock. Everything needs cleaning out.I can't find title. Was not registered in my name due to the fact was never on the road after I purchased it.Will roll but not road worthy.
