Did new rear brake, wheel bearings and e brake cables - when i installed the drop plates.
I installed front Rabbit GTI / Jetta Flares. Was going to install rear ones but wanted to tend to that rust on the passenger rear flare. ( rear full flares included )
Rear slider window, it even latches.
Few dents on the roof at top of windshield. Other than those the body is straight.
The body itself is very solid. The driver door has a little rust starting in the bottom corner. Passenger side one has less.
The strut tower, floor, rocker are all SOLID. The Control arm mounts are nice.
Rust behind rear passenger quarter flare ( I removed flare it to fix i, haven't fixed it )
Once i lowered the truck. If you didnt get the shift linkage in good and tight the transmission would POP out of reverse. It never ever did it before i lowered it and if you get the shift linkage in ther, it does not do it. If you rush and pop clutc, it will pop out of reverse... I am not sure if the linkage / bushings need attention. I just go slow and hold it in reverse while backing up.
Ac works !! ( the ac belt is pretty worn and it was noisy ( squealing ) last time i used it - but it blows cold.
Was a daily driver. Ac works. Runs well.
I installed Solowerks front coil overs. 3" rear drop plates. Monroe rear air shocks. It rides nice for a lowered suspension.
I installed old alpine CD player. Alpine door speakers. Rear 6x9 boxes behind seats. Under the pass seat is a powered sub..
