1973 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon --

The Volkswagen was repainted by the previous owner seven years ago in the original Brilliant Orange (922651). The body is finished in Brilliant Orange, and work included purchasing a 2.0-liter flat-four with upgraded heads and rebuilt dual carburetors from The Bus Depot in Perkiomenville, Pennsylvania. Prior to the engine being reinstalled, the sheet metal was refurbished and fitted with new engine to body seals along with a new battery tray. A clutch kit for the 4-speed manual gearbox was installed, along with an oil cooler and external oil filter. All the interior trim, seats, and upholstery were refurbished, along with a propane system, faucet, and sink. A deep-cycle battery was added along with the main battery to power the radio, refrigerator, and interior lights. New headlights were installed, along with a rear light assembly and a turn signal relay. Up front, new rubber mats and seating uprights were installed along with a new shifter boot, parking brake, a steering wheel, sun visors, shift knob, dashboard cover, and a wooden table that clips to the dashboard. The windshield and gasket were replaced with OEM units, along with wiper arms and blades. The Volkswagen runs and drives great, engine pull strong, tranmission shift good. Clean title in hand.
