1977 Volksrod or Rat Rod. 1600 Engine and starts up with out giving it the gas! Drives good, Engine fair, Does spot a little oil though, I looked into this and it is the Push Rod Seals leaking, I bought new seals, but never put them in yet, The Push Rod tubes are the kind that is spring loaded, lay under the car and pop the tube out and install the little round gasket on each end and pop back into place. No top, I just replaced the tires, 4 New 3" whitewalls, put in a better shifter, with Reverse lock out. New Fire Extinguisher, New Tack, with shift light, New front shocks. The springs have been cut to lower the front and then new shocks added! New additional Oil Filter added, and high volume oil pump! New dual Carbs, and a new 40 carb with everything needed to replace dual carbs if you have a mind too. including the manifolds. I just replaced the drum brakes with disc brakes for the front! I have a bunch of parts that will go with the car. It has chrome wheels with spinners. New coil over shocks on the back! We have shown it at car shows and the last show was the Honey Festival. I just bought me a new trike and I need the room! A true Rat Rod! I bought a 1940 Ford front hood and put hinges on it and he goes up and down great. My name is Sam!, Thanks in advance.
