1972 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Super Beetle

1972 Volkswagen Super Beetle. Super beetles have upgraded McPherson strut and coil spring suspension set up for improved ride quality and turning radius. They have more storage capacity with the spare tire flat in the trunk.

This is an original 2 owner California bug that has survived. It is ready to be used as a daily driver.

Interior

Seats in original basket weave black vinyl. Original interior panels in black, Original carpet in good clean condition, Original headliner in white perforated vinyl. Uncut dash with rubber pad in good condition. Speedometer and gas gauge works. Original Wolfsburg steering wheel with working horn. Complete original seatbelts.

Exterior

Repainted once in original Texas Yellow color (code L10B). All rubber for windows and front/rear windshields in good condition. Original bumpers. Tires in good condition. Complete original chrome trims. Solid straight body. Rust free pan. Engine compartment vent cover is removable without body holes. Paint bubbles on driver side door (see pictures)

Mechanical

Original 1584 OHV engine. 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly. All electrical works.(turn signals, lights, hazard and wipers) Front disc brakes. Recent tune up with new Bosch spark plugs, condenser and contact point, Oil changed. Valve adjusted.

Clean California Certificate of title on hand. Registered until November 2018. Smog exempted in California. Starting bid at $4,500.00 with no reserve.
