Orange is the new AWESOME. Up for sale please find our Gorgeous 1974 Volkswagen WESTFALIA Camper Van, " Riviera" Model in desirable Orange over Orange Plaid interior. Its a super strong runner, with a dual carb 1800cc "Pancake" motor, and freshly rebuilt manual transmission, which shifts very smoothly. Unlike a lot of the vans from this generation, this one has been in the Southwest U.S. it's whole life, and is truly rust free. The critical areas around the windshield and drip rails are damn near perfect, and the underside and floor pans are rock solid. There is a little surface rust on the battery trays, and a couple minor blemishes, but no cancer anywhere. The interior is very nice original, with some wear and sun fading, but still looks great. Sleeps 4 or 5 people with the double fold out bed! We are including some new seat foam kits, a new glove compartment insert, and new seat belts, all new in box. Good AM/FM/CD stereo with remote. The van sits on newer BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires (5 of em!), rugged enough to be off pavement without an issue, and run at Highway speeds. The tires have approximately 1200 miles on them. The pop-up top works perfectly, and the screen and canvas are all in good shape. No mildew-y Summer Camp odors. Ready to enjoy right away!!
