This Bus was built on January 7th of 1960 and left the factory on January 18th of 1960 to South Africa. It has been restored in its original color combination of L 53 Sealing Wax Red/ Roof L 472 Beige Grey. The Upholstery...is Blue Grey. Along with the Rare Right Hand Drive, it has been restored to drive at modern speeds and do so with persicion. It has Brand New 2387cc "Bernie Bergman" 160 h.p with a New "Rancho Transaxles" - "Pro Street" 388 Freeway Flyer Transmission! Complete New "Wagenswest" adjustable front suspension with front disc brakes allowing it to stop on a dime! All mechanical work completed by Roth Vintage in Orange, California.
