1980 VW Wesfalia Camper 90% complete - needs work

1980 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia

Up for sale is my 1980 VW Westfalia Camper. I bought this with the intention of restoring her but I found another vehicle I wanted and now have to sell this Westy.
This Westy is about 90% complete. The previous owner had installed a rebuilt engine. Well he did something wrong and the wiring harness caught fire (see photos of damage in link). It was not too serious and can be easily fixed.
My friend who is a mechanic said if an all new wiring harness was install and battery jumped, engine cleaned up and replace all fluids and filters, she would probably start right up.
This Westfalia will REQUIRE TOWING. It DOES NOT RUN or START at all. This is a serious project, but most of what you need is already there. If you are mechanically inclined, you are getting a Westy camper on the cheap.
I cleaned one part of the top (see more pictures in the link below) with only Power Purple and paper towels. So It is not hard to clean. The body will need some work as seen in the photos.
There is VERY LITTLE RUST. California Car with original plates. Some surface rust on right rear corner where there is damage. Also around the front portion of the lower windshield.

Clean Title.

On non-op California registration.

Will need a new canvas top.

There are some extra curtains.

Needs Rear Window (broken)

Original Manual and Repair manuals I just bought.

Also original tools that came with the van.
