1986 Volkswagen Golf GTI

Selling nice '86 Golf GTI that runs and drives well. These cars are starting to become collectible and have started to increase in value.
Estimated 125,000 miles - odometer stopped at 118k about a year ago and car is driven very little. The car has been in my family for about 8 yrs. Reason for selling is we have too many cars. It's been a very good, reliable and fun car.
Aftermarket wheels with newer tires and also comes with original wheels with really good tires if desired or either set you prefer.
New battery, cooling fan motor, water pump, timing belt, clutch, fuel filter, tune up, and recent brakes and oil service done
Very clean interior and exterior with minimal rust spots. Title is listed as 'Salvage' and I'm unsure why? We've had it on the lift multiple times and have seen no evidence of any serious damage or any major body repairs. As I said, it's been in my family since 2010 and it has been a wonderful car.
