| This beautiful Vintage 1970 Karmann Ghia coupe is mostly original. The interior black carpeting is original in good condition. The original black seat upholstery has no rips or tears and is in very good condition. The vinyl wood-grain dash face is new and in perfect condition. The dash top pad is original and in great vintage condition with a few small imperfections. The original plastic glove box is in good condition, with the hood release ring situated right below it. The headliner as well as sun vizors are brand new and in excellent condition. The Burgundy red paint was re-done about 5 years ago it has some small imperfections (please see the pictures), otherwise the paint is still shining vibrant and bright, looking fresh, which includes door jams. Car has always been stored inside previouslyThegaugessuch as Odometer, Fuel gauge, clock, Head & Tail Lights, Turning Signals, are all working.The horn and windshield wiper motor do not currently work.The front trunk is clean. This Karmann Ghia is in excellent running condition. The original 1600cc Engine runs strong, starts right up every time, idles good. The engine bay has sheet metal patch (please look at the pictures).
The brakes have been recently re-done and are working great. The floor pans are solid with no signs of rust. The white wall inserts were installed to add to the classic and sporty look. The engine decklid sports an all VW Karmann Ghia scripts. The original bumpers are in very good condition for their age, with shiny chrome and only few small imperfections. The odometer reading may not reflect the actual mileage. An almost fully original Karmann Ghia is a very rare find. This 1970 Karmann Ghia Coupe is a nice dependable, clean daily driver.
