1971 Sandwinder Dune Buggy. Body made in Riverside, CA by Sandwinder Bodies / R&H Fiberglass and sold through Paceco Distributors, LTD of Oceanside, NY. Based on a 1963 VW bug platform. Motor is an original 1500CC 4 cylinder with original Solex carburetor. Motor has chrome accents. Original 4 speed manual transaxle. Same owner for the past 10 years and has been exclusively serviced by a vintage VW expert in Orange County, NY. It drives like a go cart! I'm 6'2" and I fit very comfortably. The buggy is titled and registered as a 1971 RECREATIONAL VEHICLE in New York and is completely street legal. The buggy is ready to rock n roll...its reliable...its safe...its street legal and ready to provide endless smiles and lots of FUN! The only thing the buggy needs is a new owner!
